In my understanding, professionally guided reflection takes place on three levels. On the one hand the classical casework, then the own person in this work and also the framework conditions of the work.
I offer supervision in individual settings and for teams of up to 5 people in my practice, or come to you on site by appointment. In my professional career I have experience in psychosocial work as a counsellor and in assistance, as well as in probationary services.
